Preparing your own income tax return can be a task that leaves you with more questions than answers. According to a study released by the US Government’s General Accounting Office conducted in 2011, most taxpayers (77% of 71 million taxpayers) believe they benefited from using a professional tax preparer.
Whether we like it or not, today’s tax laws are so complicated that filing a relatively simple return can be confusing. It is just too easy to overlook deductions and credits to which you are entitled.
Besides, you have more important things to do in life than worry about taxes. That’s where we come in! We make the process as EASY as you want. Contact us today and let’s get started!
JANUARY 2016 UPDATE:
Your 2015 Tax Return will now include a section dealing with the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). If you purchased your Health Care through the Government Marketplace be on the look out for a 1095A form. You will NOT be able to complete your tax return without this form. If you have your healthcare insurance through your employer or pay privately you will receive either a 1095B or 1095C. You will need this form for your preparer. However, if for some reason you do not have the 1095B or C you will still be able to file your return. As with most things related to the ACA, it can get complicated. Please contact us with any questions.
